Could be good but...
Hotel is located close to the nature and mountains which gives you peaceful location. Food was mostly good, breakfast is really tasty and there is a lot of choice. Staff always smiling and helpful. Hotel itself is worn out and outdated with lack of proper AC throughout. There was portable AC unit in our room which if running was really noisy and was working only sometimes so not good during recent heatwaves. We didn't use SPA so I don't know how good or bad it is. Could be better for this price. With some investment can be a really good hotel again.

I didn’t like anything about this hotel. First and foremost the lady at check in was extremely rude. Then they placed us on the top floor. There was no elevator servicing this floor we had to carry all of our luggage up the steps. No one even bothered to help. The food was completely and utterly disgusting. I absolutely hated this place and will never go back here. I encourage all of you to find another place to stay!

Lovely escape in Bielsko-Biala
We checked into Papuga after a drive from Krakow. We booked the larger room and were not disappointed, plenty of room for our toddler to run around, safe balcony, clean and check in was very easy. We also ate at the restaurant a few times, both for lunch and dinner and were not disappointed. There were lots of options, and a kids menu that was perfect. The breakfast buffet is also very nice. Staff was extremely helpful and even accommodated requests for evening snacks for our son (room service kanapkis). Spa is very enjoyable, pool is really nice and the treatments were great. Location is out of the city core (quiet residential, not much to do or visit), which was not a problem for us since we had a car rental to get around the city but if you are looking to be closer to the action, you might be disappointed. We had an issue with the AC in our room but staff was extremely helpful and rectified the situation quickly (as a FYI the AC is a floor AC unit, not wall mounted so probably a bit louder than other types).

Lovely hotel, great room Facilities were lovely although only got 15 mins to use as we didn't arrive til later From what I saw and experienced very nice Dinner was excellent as was breakfast the next day Only minor grumble was the wifi was terrible in the room so had to go down to the communal areas to use wifi Also everytime your didn't use it for a few mins you then had to reset it all again

Recommend for the spa alone!
Stayed over for 3 days while working in the area. Nice hotel, with good sized rooms. Very clean hotel and rooms - I think recently rennovated? Spa is the star of the hotel - amazing! Not a lot around but easy to get into the main town (Bielsko-Biala) which is very nice. Would recommend if you like a good spa.
