The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Firstly, the staff wanted 10USD to store guests’ luggage prior to check in time. This is practically standard service at other hotels. They were money gouging their clients. The bed didn’t have fitted sheet and the doona/quilt didn’t have a cover. In spite of the check in being 30 minutes the bed was still only half made. The only reason I could sleep was because I had my own sleeping bag. The aircon didn’t work well either. Never again!

Horrível, a fila é entendível devido época de carnaval, entretanto uma falta de educação e paciência dos atendentes da recepção, para qualquer dúvida, para check in, check out, além de não ter o básico de um bom dia, boa noite, tratavam mal, e eram grossos e mal educados. No primeiro dia para deixar a mala antes do check in precisava pagar 30 reais, ofereci para pagar na hora e falaram para pagar na hora de pegar as malas e a chave do quarto, estava sem bateria no celular, e sem cartão físico , tinha apenas dinheiro, não aceitaram… precisei carregar meu celular para conseguir pagar pelo cartão virtual. O banheiro é quarto quando cheguei todo cheio de cabelos do outro hóspede. Eu estendi mais um dia e foi o maior arrependimento

Pior experiencia em hotel que já tive.
Dos 4 dias que ficamos no hotel, dois deles passamos com um prato de macarronada sujo no chão do hall das escadas, depois disso retirar o prato e deixaram a embalagem, que imagino que esteja lá até agora... negaram a emprestar um simples talher a noite quando eu pedi comida para entregar no hotel. No café da manhã, os talheres estavam imundos e ao pegar um copo e colocar suco, apareceu marcas de iogurte por toda a borda, com toda certeza não lavam nada, apenas passam agua... uma verdadeira nojeira o hotel.
