Hotel cobra mas nao entrega
Aluguei um quarto na vila 2 bom estado, mas mesmo tendo 3 camas, fui obrigado a pegar outro quarto extra na vila 1 pois estava com minha esposa e duas filhas de 10 e 11 anos. O quarto acomodava todos mas acabamos separados creio que pelo intuito de ocupar mais um quarto e gamhar mais dinheiro. Tudo bem. Aluguei dois quartos, o adicional na vila 1 tinha cheiro de esgoto vindo da tubulacao, cofre enferrujado, bem desconfortável. O restaurante teve problemas, cafe da manha sempre cheio e com dificuldades de reposicao, itens faltando o tempo todo, dificuldades de fazer ovos como sempre pedimos em qualquer hotel pela desculpa de a cozinha estar cheia, por exemplo. Jantar buffet sempre com mesmo cardapio (ficamos 3 dias), variação minima, o que para uma refeicao de 99 reais (20 dolares) ficou muito a desejar - comida que não dava vontade de comer. Na praia fantástico, atendimento vip, bar bom , serviço dez, foi o melhor do Hotel mas infelizmente, avaliacao final e que cobram bem mas nao estao a altura. Nao voltaremos.

O hotel é bem bonito e bem cuidado. A localização é ótima. O quarto é bem confortável. Pontos a melhorar: 1- deveria ter uma cobertura de passagem entre a piscina aquecida e a entrada, pois aproveitamos a piscina quente no frio mas depois temos que passar na friaca pra entrar no hotel. 2- não deveriam cobrar os itens como omelete no café da manhã, tem opções cobradas à parte e eu nunca tinha visto isso… Obs: estacionamento também cobrado à parte.
