We had a lovely time at the hotel. We stayed at the bungalows, which made our stay even more special. The staff was so friendly and easy to talk to, and the spa massage therapist Amanda was amazing. The only thing I would have appreciated and thought was missing were instructions to the hot tub in the room. We only got to use it in our last day (we stayed 5 nights) because we did not know we could have warm water in it. I was disappointed and would have appreciated if there were clear instructions on how to operate it.

The hotel outside areas are amazing. The swimming and it is just few feets from the beach. The only things need to be done is some updates on the toilets inside the rooms. The are old. so the walks near the shower door looks a bit dirty.

Amazing place. The staff did not speak English, but made us feel welcome and the kids camp crew kept them busy all day long, every day. Breakfast is great and all food options are on rotation so they don’t get old. Close proximity to downtown Porto de Galinhas makes Uber trips easy.

Beautiful resort
The bungalow was facing the ocean it had an outside area with a hot tub, sitting area and a swing. The room was very comfortable. The customer service was phenomenal, everyone was very friendly. At night they had music by the pool. Overall the entire resort is beautiful and family friendly. The downside was the we had a problem with the shower it kept backing up.

I absolutely recommend it.
The hotel is great. The only “con” that I found is that, being a 4 star hotel, the rooms were located in 2 floor buildings without elevators. It was not a problem for me as the hotel staff carried the luggage up the stairs. And I could see that the visitors who were not able to climb the stairs in the ground floor. So no big deal. Hotel staff were super nice and helpful. The food was great too. I recommend it 100%.

“Coisas boas e ruins sobre a hospedagem”!
Hotel intimista e tranquilão, sem excesso de crianças e sem muitas pessoas, em pleno réveillon, o que achei fantástico. Porém na piscina existem funcionários relativamente “mal educados” e que não sabem conduzir um atendimento e isto torna o atendimento da piscina precário. Agora nos restaurantes, onde possui a atenção do João, se é que eu não me enganei quanto ao nome, o atendimento é impecável, com exceção de algumas mal humoradas. Fiquei no bangalô 176 e infelizmente possui vazamento do box do banheiro na hora do banho. No mais, tudo foi muito bem e recomento, inclusive a localização espetacular para quando quer privacidade de frente para o mar e longe da bagunça. Gostei muito e voltaria neste hotel.
