We stayed at Cozy Stay Bali (2 adults and 1 toddler) for only two nights, and our first good impressionas was that the room is exactly as shown in Expedia photos. It was a good point. The room was very spacious and comfortable, with a mini-kitchen (sink, tableware, water heater and even a microwave oven) embedded in a closet at the balcony. However, the restroom could be improved with a cheap acrylic shower box to prevent water from soaking the whole floor after each bath. The bedclothes were a little worn by usage and stained in a way that we couldn't say whether it was made by makeup, body-cream, tanning oil, drinks, ketchup or something worse... Anyway, we covered it with our beach towels, because beside the stains, there was a terrible smell of sweat in the sheets and the pillows. It seemed to us they haven't renewed the bedclothes for a long time (this explains the stains and the wear), and that they don't even change or wash the inner pillow neither the mattress cover (what could explain the smell of sweat). There is also an open area between the two buildings of the hotel with leather puffs, that could be changed into a small pool. I think that a pool, or maybe a bar or cafe, would be a lot more interesting (and used) by the guests than the puffs. But, I mean, it is very cheap and these negative points can be tolerated. (I have to mention that improving them would demand a little investment, but it would make a great raise in guest satisfaction.
