Perfect Hotel
We spent a lot of time in the hotel as our luggage was lost and we could not attend the conference. The staff was very helpful, the location was convenient, the internet was excellent. They were able to make some prints for us for free. Their staff helped us make phone calls to help chase our luggage.

Atendimento muito bom, banheiro muito ruim.
O atendimento dos recepcionistas, funcionários da cozinha, enfim todos foram de excelência. Cordiais, atenciosos e simpáticos. Mas tenho que ressaltar a estrutura do quarto não é boa. Sem vista, e o pior é o banheiro. Extramamente pequeno. O box minúsculo com um chuveiro enorme que a água saia por cima da porta, esta que era muito baixa. Inexplicável como uma construção que disseram que era nova foi feita com um material de pessima categoria. A pia não tinha bancada e toda vez que lavar o rosto a água também sai para fora caindo no chão. Devem providenciar a reforma urgente desse tipo de banheiro.

Hotel novo, bem cuidado, muito bem organizado e limpo. O quarto era grande, cama boa, tv smart, ar-condicionado e frigobar funcionando perfeitamente. O banheiro é pequeno, dependendo do peso da pessoa, locomoção é importante frisar isso nas acessibilidades. O hotel possui garagem e vagas rotativas na frente do hotel, e ainda tem outro estacionamento praticamente do lado do hotel. Café da manhã bem variado, gostoso, com muitas opções de carboidratos, proteínas, frutas, bolos, guloseimas, e café/chocolate quente de máquina. Podendo também pedir tapioca doce ou salgada, ovos fritos, omelete na hora. Hotel próximo a praia de Tambáu, Manaira, Cabo Branco, feiras de artesanato, barzinhos, lanchonetes. A piscina fica no ultimo andar, bem organizado.

VALE A ESTADIA!
Eu achei estranho me cobrarem uma cama extra para minha filha, mesmo eu reservando um triplo! Disseram que lá mesmo sendo dito triplo, cobram apenas por dois hóspedes! Paguei mais R$ 300,00! Enfim, fora isso, o hotel é novo, tem menos de 1 ano, então tá tudo maravilhoso! O quarto é bem espaçoso, tem café de cortesia, e tem pia fora do banheiro com secador, o que facilita a vida de 3 pessoas num quarto! E, o melhor blackout top! Eles dispõe de shampoo e sabonete a vontade. No quarto tb tem cofre. No 7º andar onde tem uma piscina, tem uma vista da praia de Tambau. Esse hotel está há duas quadras da praia! Muito seguro para andar de dia e de noite. O café da manhã no final de semana tem mais variedades, durante a semana reduzem, mas sempre tem os itens feitos na hora! E, café e chocolate de máquina da Santa Clara! Nossa filha é autista, e nos perguntaram se podiam ajudar em alguma coisa: então pedimos suco de acerola pela manhã, e quando não tinha no café disponível, eles traziam na nossa mesa a jarda de suco pra ela (uma atenção sem preço). Tem estacionamento rotativo para 10 carros dentro e uns 5 na frente. Os funcionários da recepção foram bem cordiais, dispuseram o mapa da cidade, destaco o Ahmed (principalmente) , a Ana, Rhaysa e Cassiano, Cláudio - mensageiro, no café a Maria e o Cláudio e a Dona Cristina - camareira (muito atenciosa).

Excelente! Hotel em perfeita manutenção e limpeza. Estacionamento grátis e café da manhã excelente que supera muitos hotéis com padrão mais alto. O único ponto que não é ruim, mas também não dá para elogiar é o tamanho do box que é pequeno e que a ducha do chuveiro que é fraca, mas fora isso voltaria a me hospedar novamente no local.
