Perfect place to stay in Santiago for our group of six. Lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance, and in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Staff at the hotel spoke English and were very helpful. Our room was small but it had a very comfortable king bed and nice shower.

It is my second time at this hotel with a great experience. I really like the location walking distance to metro station, grocery stores, mallls, banks. Hotel is located in a safe neighborhood. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is service and location is good. However, it is an old building and they have not invest in enough maintenance in the last years. Rooms need changing the carpet! It would also be good to have a small desk in the rooms to be able to work comfortably. Breakfast are very good with a lot of options and fresh food. Service is also very good.

O hotel nos recebeu com um bolinho e bilhete no quarto ja que estavamos comemorando aniversario de casamento. Foram muito carinhosos. Café da manha não tem muita variedade, mas muito gostoso. O quarto que ficamos foi o superior, muito espaçoso, chuveiro muito bom, cama boa, travesseiro um pouco alto, mas meu marido amou. Todos funionários muito atenciosos. Recebemos um kit para os passeios quando não pudemos tomar cafe. o cartao para entrar no quarto tinha um pouco de dificuldade para abrir, mas logo pegamos o jeito. Perto de tudo, região tranquila, proximo do costaneira mall, pertinho do metro, sorveteria e restaurantes. Enfim... me hospedaria novamente com certeza. Excelente custo benefício.

Na chegada, tivemos a ingrata surpresa que o quarto reservado não estava disponível (tinha só com 1 cama, e reservamos 2 camas) - para que reservar, então??? A saída foi ficarmos uma noite em quarto de categoria inferior, mas com 2 camas, com ínfima redução na tarifa da diária. Os ar-condicionados não funcionaram a contento em nenhum dos 2 quartos. Num quarto, nem chegou a esquentar direito, no outro, quarto maior, só gelava na frente do ar, e as camas estavam mais afastadas, o que causava um calor. Pessoal da recepção bastante solícito para atender nossas demandas. Ficamos satisfeitas. Café da manhã muito bom. Localização muito boa.

Estadia excelente. As instalações do hotel com picina aquecida e banheira no quarto, equipe de funcionários, limpeza do quarto, toalhas e roupas de cama de alto padrão, café da manhã excelente e localização incrível (bem próximo ao costanera center) e diversos restaurantes e áreas de compras. Nunca me senti tão seguro em um local. A hospedagem foi incrível e indico fortemente esse hotel para todos que forem para Santiago. Sugestões de melhora: 1- o café da manhã poderia variar um pouco mais as coisas. 2 - o quarto ou é de duas camas de solteiro ou tem banheira, os dois não é possível obter. (Creio que ter essa opção para os hóspedes seria interessante) * Crítica ao serviço do hotéis.com: não me informaram que a reserva não reembolsável descontava direto no cartão de crédito. No app falava que o pagamento era na localidade. Informação incorreta e pode complicar pessoas que não estejam preparadas financeiramente. Tive que pagar bem a mais por conta disso e no final saiu o valor da reserva reembolsável.
