The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our room was stylish, comfortable, and spotless. One of the highlights was the Dala Spa—absolutely relaxing with top-notch treatments in a peaceful setting. Overall, Alaya Resort offers the perfect blend of luxury, nature, and Balinese hospitality. This hotel is so conveniently located, monkey forest is a four minute walk and so many restaurants are close by. The staff are incredible and the rooms are lovely and huge!!! Can’t fault this hotel.

Feels like a place that was world class 20-30years ago. Signs of aging in rooms and also top terrace if you look carefully. Magnificent views from my room at lvl58. Very spacious and well stocked fridge. Beds were great, but got twin, not King as ordered. Breakfast was excellent. Chefs tasting menu at Cirocco was amazing!
