Loved staying here, it was super easy to check in and have my luggage held while I walked the private path to Volcano Bay. Received a text when my room was ready and went up when I was done at the water park. The shuttle to the other parks and Citywalk was so convenient. The food options were great. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is such a beautiful place that brings you back to your childhood memories. They have all the amenities you need for your family which was very accommodating and a shuttle to take you to universal studios right outside the hotel. This is our second time at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone.
