Staff was awesome. Amenities outside of the hotel, breakfast, pool, kids area and etc were fantastic. In the room the wifi was very slow and the parking on weekends was bad. Staff was great at helping my family and I. Would stay again for sure. The breakfast is unreal. Freaking amazing breakfast and pool.

Não confunda com o Resort

O nome do hotel confunde. O Jatiuca Suites Resort não faz parte do Jatiuca Resort. Vc pode utikizar a área de lazer e fazer as refeições na área do resort, mas vc fica hospedado no prédio fora do Resort com entrada distinta. Ar condicionado de um dos cômodos pifado. Sem pilha num dos controles remotos da TV. Existe apenas um controle, embora o quarto possua dois aparelhos (pois são dois cômodos) Duchinha enferrujada. Corda do varal mofada. Porta do banheiro estufada. Luz branca. Toda demanda aberta tínhamos que cobrar. Não tinha previsão de conclusão de nada. O carro a maior parte do tempo fora do estacionamento privativo. Sem maleiro para carregar as malas. Café da manhã distante. Apesar da boa vontade dos funcionarios, falta treinamento.

O resort é mto bonito e bem cuidado. Equipe de garçons amigável, gastronomia excelente, área de piscina e entretenimento excelentes. O Slaviero está defasado. Quartos não mto confortáveis, banheiro abafado sem respiro, toalhas super encardidas, corredor ilumina o quarto a noite pelas frestas da porta. A limpeza é precária, dia 24 dez a camareira não limpou os banheiros. No geral é um bom hotel em Maceió. Grande e paisagismo maravilhoso.

Pontos negativos: checkin demorado; quarto nao estava pronto, mesmo tendo chegado 1h apos o inicio do horario; barulho nos quartos voltados para a avenida; ausencia de copa baby, apesar de constar como disponivel

A área de lazer do hotel é excelente, mas falta organização e manuntenção no predio principal. A ausencia de janelas antiruido prejudica o sono dos quartos voltados para a avenida. Deixou a desejar

O hotel é anexo ao resort, precisa de manutenção nos quartos e banheiro, travesseiros em péssimo estado, toalhas de banho muito finas. De um modo geral achamos precário pelo valor. O café da manhã é bom, mas nada de mais. Após o check-in ofereceram para ficarmos nas dependências do resort, pois nosso vôo era a noite, mas não quiseram nos emprestar toalhas, nem pagando, com a desculpa que não tinha mais. Enfim, já temos experiência de ficar em diversos hotéis e resorts, mas esse deixou a desejar em itens básicos. O atendimento na área de piscinas e restaurante foi ótimo. Pegamos meia pensão e achamos o buffet bem simples para o porte do resort, poucas variedades e sem nenhum requinte.

O hotel é anexo ao Jatiuca Resort,que muito bonito,bem conservado,muitas atrações,piscinas lindas. Já o flat Slaviero deixa muito a desejar,tem partes mal conservadas,vidros quebrados,metais enferrujados e o serviço de quarto é péssimo,só depois de pedirmos o dia todo,passam no quarto,trocam as toalhas e retiram o lixo,apenas!! TV não pega quase nenhum canal,solicitamos manutenção inúmeras vezes e ninguém apareceu!!!!
