Great place to stay with kids
Overall a great stay! The hotel is very beautiful with huge common spaces like lounge and restaurant. Breakfast was very versatile and fresh. The pool is unfortunately cold during winter, so it was not possible to swim there with a child. Sauna is great though. Very easy to reach with trams as the stops are right in front of the main entrance of the hotel.

An excellent stay!
I had upgraded to a superior room and found it spacious and comfortable. The bed was perfect, soft but not too soft, and the pillows were nice and fluffy. My room was on the 15th floor and the sea view couldn't have been better! The breakfast was tasty, with a nice selection of just about everything one could hope to have. The only negative was the weak shower pressure, but luckily there was also a bathtub, so I didn't mind.

Stylish and modern, with fabulous views
This is a very nice and modern hotel. Its highlight is, literally, a sauna and swimming pool on the top floor. The swimming pool protrudes a meter or so outside the wall, so that it is possible to stand over the street and look down. Also, sauna section has a great view.

It’s a really nice hotel with good amenities. The sauna was great and the breakfast was wonderful. The only thing that disappointed me was no furniture like a dresser in the room to clothes in during our stay. That was true at another hotel in Copenhagen so maybe it’s a Nordic thing.

My second visit here & would use it again. All the staff, especially the lady who checked me in were again very professional & friendly. The buffet breakfast offers a very good selection. Perfect Place
Perfect place to visit the marina area and for us a two night stay for a day trip to Tallin on the ferry/cruise. An easy walk. It was quiet. A fantastic breakfast, and even a sweet note from the lady who serviced our room 1036 - thank you for that ;D. We parked our car at a near by garage and that worked out well too.

My favorite hotel in Helsinki. I love the gym, pool and sauna on 16'th floor. Very friendly and professional staff. Rooms are abit small for the price, but the open view helps... :] ... on the minus side is, that it seems to be more and more a party place for youngsters during weekends! As well the breakfast is lower quality on the weekends.

Standards monitoring by management?
My third stay at this hotel. Unfortunately this time I was given a very grubby room, the floors were dirty and worn and the room door and bathroom door had large dents on them like someone had hacked on to them with a tool?? And it has been badly repaired with some kind of paste. I am not sure if these rooms are inspected regularly as it would be a quick job to change the doors. I find it odd at a 4 star hotel there isn’t even a spoon in the room or any standard tea. The breakfast is consistently good and food items are high quality and fresh. There was little wardrobe space to hang the clothes. If you want comfort and space you must book an upgrade not the standard room. The level of cleanliness has unfortunately gone down from last visit, and the corridor carpets in floor 8 at least had stains on them. This hotel is worth it if you book the more expensive rooms and take full advantage of the sauna and breakfast facilities. Very easy reach to town centre, less than 10 mins on the tram from just outside the hotel.

Yöpymisemme sujui muuten erinomaisesti mutta aamiaisella 16.2. kahvikone hajosi, eikä sitä saatu korjattua ainakaan sinä aikana kun me olimme aamiaiselle. Ainoalle erikoiskahvikoneelle, josta sai kahvia, oli 15 minuutin jono. Ilman kahvia jääminen aamiaisella on aika ikävää.
