Poor management
The room was fine, the service not so good.
On arriving we found our TV remote was missing. Our room apparently had just had a new TV. We had to ask 4 times over a 5 hour period before it was dealt with. The 2 nd time of asking was with the manger who said it would be dealt within a few minutes. The same manager overheard the 4th request and stated they were going as fast as they could, no apology. He had obviously forgotten the 2nd request several hours earlier. This is plain poor service combined with a poor management attitude has meant we would probably not use the hotel again.
