Nice clean basic accommodation. Has a really nice communal area and bar. It has a bit of a backpacker vibe but is very quite after 10pm. I had a pleasant stay

Good hotel for the price. Very basic backpacker style. Good bar and food. A long way out of the main area

Didn't realise it was going to have Karaoke on Monday night, which wouldn't matter if I didn't want sleep, but overall a great spot

Loved location and the restaurant and bar were great. The room had what we needed and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately we had cold showers which was a shame. We stayed 2 nights and were offered a discount dinner which was great due to the shower situation. We’d happily stay again. We like the garden outlook and proximity to the marina.

Overall a nice hotel
We we were happy about this staying. Clean and fresh, big room and nice location for that price that we paid. Free Parking just outside the rooms which was nice. Nice to have an pretty private outdoorspace attached to the room. Friendly staff and nice to have access to the room by an code and not keys, which Made it easier when we were two and didn’t had to think about that.

Was good for an overnight stay. The hotel have tried to modernise the rooms but it’s still a bit dated. Bathroom wasn’t very refreshing.

Property good good location friendly helpful staff bush adjacent to property a bit smelly but not too bad. Could do with bedside lights for reading in bed and being able to see where you are going when you turn off the switch next to the door in the dark

Lovely Hotel but with a backpacker's attached. The communal kitchen was always messy. Unfortunately no daily room clean and tidy. But still a pleasant enough place. As with everything else in Pt Douglas, be prepared to pay top dollar and inflated prices

Nice set up, a bit noisy, our cistern leaked and emitted high pitched noise all night, zero hot water in the morning.

Good place to stay in town
Part of this place is still a hostel, the other part has been converted to large comfortable private rooms, each with a small terrace out back. No complaints really, it's good value for the price, except maybe that some hostel guests talked loudly in the interior court until the wee hours - it didn't bother me much, but light sleepers may want to try getting one of the rooms farther from the common areas. Walking to town / marina is possible, though a bit far for some (esp. at night), so car/bike/e-scooter come in handy. I'd definitely come back.
