I really liked my stay at the BPM Lloret hotel with my family. The hotel itself is recently refurbished and is clean. The rooms are quite interesting in their design, with the specific colours, and it makes quite a striking impression, especially from the outside.
They do their best to ensure that everyone is well looked after at the hotel, and the common areas are nice. I liked the design of the lobby area, the pool bar, and especially the roof terrace which is only open on an evening.
All the staff at the hotel were great. In particular, the guy on the entertainment, and the waiter at the rooftop bar. They made a particular effort to ensure that everyone had a great time.
Regarding the food and restaurant. I would say that the food was very good in general. There were always plenty of options at breakfast, and although it was the same most days, there was always plenty of choice so you didn't have to have the same things.
We paid extra for half board and I must say that it was brilliant. Always plenty of food available, and the themed nights were great, especially the Mexican night. Drinks were not included in this but you could order wine and other drinks to the table at a very reasonable price.
If I had one criticism of the restaurant it would be that it was set out for a maximum of 4 people per table.
One final minor criticism would be the lack of bathroom doors on the family rooms. This might be fine for couples sharing, but made it more difficult as a family
