Check the air conditioner works!
Middle of a heat wave. Checked in late at night. Air conditioner was not working and no one answered the phone when we called down. Next morning hotel admitted that they knew the air conditioner was not working and mistakenly gave us the room, but there was nothing else available immediately. After speaking the manager they miraculously found us a new room. Everything was perfect after that!

Terrible check in experience. I was told the manager would speak with me later on to see how they could make things better? Repeatedly told a foreign dignitary was staying on our floor so it was making things difficult. Finally checked in and the room was still dirty. Things like hair in the shower. Completed a 4 night stay but no one followed up. Also be prepared to pay extra for everything including the pool. Not worth the price in my opinion.
