We stayed 5 nights in a garden view pool villa. The room was incredible, it had everything we needed and more. The privacy of the villa and pool was perfect. The included breakfast was fantastic with a huge selection. Had the Sunday BBQ feast which was average at best but the desserts made up for the mains. They were next level good. Location was an easy walk to shops, pubs and markets so plenty to explore. The main infinity pool was massive and looked straight out onto the beachfront and ocean with loads of available seating. I wouldn’t swim in the ocean here as there were very big waves and visible currents. Lastly, the staff were so lovely. Always with massive smiles and so helpful. They genuinely cared to make your stay the best it could be, remembering your name and preferences they treated you like royalty. Would absolutely come back here if we return to Bali

Location is great and easy access to many places. Staff were helpful and professional, however, hotel charges you for pretty much everything, limited restaurant/food options, constantly trying to make you pay/close out the bill immediately after placing order by the pool which is extremely inconvenient and odd to do and makes the guest feel like they are doing something illegal. Rooms are not adequately cleaned eg not cleaning/sweeping of the floors, removing empty bottles/glasses or food left outside the door for an entire day. For a 5-star hotel and rate, that was surprising and disappointing.

We were enjoying out stay at Seminyak Resort. Aussie the host was great even before we arrived, she made sure we get all we need transport from airport etc. Resort is very clean, breakfast fresh and a lot of choices. There is dinner as well! I found this place years ago and had it on my bucket list. It was a very beautiful resort with a very friendly staff. They upgraded my room, which was beautiful. every morning they have a free breakfast, which is a wide variety of food very fresh and of course mineral water and plenty of it in your room. I highly recommend this place. I will be back at some point. It was very relaxing.
