DO NOT STAY HERE! THEY HAVE BEDBUGS!
We checked in, went up to the room, the room did not look at all like the pictures online, apparently they have a few renovated rooms and those are the pictures that they use on Hotels.com, it was very old, dirty and dated, anyway, my wife always look under the mattress for Bed Bugs and there was plenty, we freaked out and she went to the lobby to complain, the check in person told her that he is very sorry and showed her a different room (this is how she saw the renovated room) but we declined because one room has bed bugs means other rooms probably also have bed bugs, so Claudio the check in person told us verbally the refund will be issued the next day, we followed up the next day with hotels.com and were told that the hotel's policy was to not refund (even under the circumstances of bed bugs) and that all Hotels.com could do was offer us $400 Key Cash after we already paid $2875 for a 9 day stay and we are a Platinum tier with Hotels.com and been a customer for over 20 years and we travel a lot. So no more Hotels.com either because they did not stand by their product.
