Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit gutem Service und sauberem, komfortablem Zimmer. Das einzige Manko: Abends gab es kein warmes Wasser, was den Komfort etwas gemindert hat. Ansonsten empfehlenswert.

Wie Ihrerseits angegeben laut Hotelbeschreibung keine Sauna und kein pool seit Pandemie. Grund unseres Besuches war wegen Pool. Im Zimmer Temperaturregler Klimaanlage defekt. Beim Abschalten der Klimaanlage weiterhin Geräusche so das wir in der Nacht Rezeption angerufen haben und manuell abgeschaltet wurde . In den Aufzügen steht trotz keine Benutzung der Anlagen die Etage der Saunen und pools. Wir sind nicht zufrieden und möchten eine teilrückerstattung.
