We then stayed somewhere else for the first night which was truly horrendous, so we arrived here already feeling quite deflated… but the...

Such a lovely hotel. Amazing staff, all so welcoming and helpful. The 1st room we were in had a poor AC that didn’t work at all however we spent the 1st night there as our toddler had fallen asleep after complaining of the heat. We were luckily transferred to a better room the next morning which was great.
Big and clean bathroom with all the right amenities.
We checked in very late at this hotel due to our flight delay. Mr Long checked me in and he was very polite and helpful. Mr Long, Mike went out of his way to make sure we were happy. The concierge Mr Dung was a delightful young man full of knowledge and was really conscious to make sure we did not carry our suitcases during check-in or check-out.
