La playa no está arreglada, no han cubierto de tierra y tiene piedras en la zona. El apartamento, estaba un poco sucio (Telarañas) y el jacuzzi no funcionaba. La zona está a falta de un poco de mantenimiento.

Une énorme déception une arnaque!!
Il s'agit je pense de la plus grosse deception et arnaque que nous avons vécu sur Hotels.com à la commande : appart-hotel tout compris dans un complexe avec piscines, parc aquatique et autres... Arrivé sur place plus rien à voir j'ai cliqué et validé pour un séjour "tout compris", j'ai reçu une confirmation en "repas compris" puis un deuxième mail avec "déjeuner compris"... Quelle était la surprise en arrivant, nous avons payé 897€ pour 3 nuits pour 2 adultes et 3 enfants un poil cher mais bon avec un parc aquatique inclus dans le prix ça passe... Sur place on découvre qu'il s'agit d'appartement dans une résidence privée à côté de l'hotel donc pour les repas obligé de marcher 400m. Pour les repas il s'agit d'une cantine juste immonde, immangeable avec des plans souvent recyclés du repas d'avance, au deuxième jour nous décidions de manger plutôt dans des restaurants extérieurs. Pour ce qui est des activités rien de compris vraiment rien si ce n'est l'accès à la piscine de l'hotel, donc rien d'inclus comme indiqué, nous avons donc dépensé 144€ pour un mini parc aquatique et plus d'une centaine d'euros pour le reste. une ARNAQUE j'espère que vous lirez mon message. l'état de la chambre était catastrophique avec des lits cassés et chambre SALE et vétuste vraiment pas au niveau de l'annonce faite... Une honte, on nous a changé de chambre le deuxième jour mais pas mieux la clim ne marchait pas...

Stort, opersonligt och ospanskt. Tog 1.5 timme från att vi körde in i området tills vi var på rummet. Hela området var skräpigt, överfulla soptunnor och skräp på gator och trottoarer. Receptionen för lägenhetsdelen var endast öppen 10-19 och hänvisningen undermålig. Sängarna pyttesmå, obekväma och gnisslande. Fanns varken tvål eller duschgele som stod i beskrivningen. Krävdes en utskrift av bokningen vilket vi ju inte hade då vi bokat via appen längs vägen.

Apartamento bonito
Pero es un poco lioso para llegar, la dirección no era la del anuncio y el teléfono era de otro hotel. Si es la primera vez que vas, es todo un laberinto llegar y encontrar la oficina. El personal no es de lo más entregado, depende con quien topes será más o menos resolutivo. Por lo demás el apartamento es bonito y dispone de lavavajillas, microondas y lavadora. Está bastante equipado en cuberteria y es un sitio agradable.

no geral foi bom ,em tres dias não ouve qualquer limpesa do quarto. a piscina não valia nada não tinha cadeiras nem camas nen bar quem quiser deita no chaõ é pedra orribel para quem vai para descançar

The booking said beachfront. We were 10 minutes away. Tried to contact the hotel 4 times prior to our stay for a shuttle from the airport and was put through to a number that rang out on each occasion. Shower was broken. Someone came to fix it and it broke again. We weren't given access to the pool. Had to walk back to reception. Was given a fob that didn't work. Had to walk back to reception and was gives a card this time. Washing machine didn't work. Had to wash clothes by hand. Be aware that it's a fair distance from The airport and taxis charge well over €180 one way. Beach was nice though.

pleasnt apartmemts in a good location
Efficient air con and reasonably well equiped and comfortable. Ours was on the ground floor of 10 storeys. Efficient lifts and an excellent well maintained swimming pool both large and a shallow one for children. A short walk to a reasonably priced super market where the practice seemed to be to return with the shopping trolley where they were collected by the supermarket. A 50 euro deposit required for the apartment key. No Safe installed. Washing machine, dishwasher, electric cooker and large deepfreeze and fridge. Not many eating establlishments within our area but this was early June and more places seemed to be opening up, A quite spectacular carnival held several nlights a week which enchanted smaller children. A pleasnt outlook from the balcony with the sea to one side and the mountains to the other. Balcony furniture and a large airer supplied. A good supply of towels and a small welcome cleaning packVery little english spoken at this resort. TV supplied but didn't use it. No Wi Fi

Ødelagt ferie
Beskidt lejlighed. Ingenting fungerede, inget varmt vand, vaskemaskine gik i stykker med vabd over det hele. Ingen hotellservice overhovedet, på trods af temmelig høj pris. Området minder om en blandning af Tjernobyl og Bon-bon land.

El apartamento sucio, la ducha no iba bien, las camas malas, el sofa roto, la tv pequeña, no habia agua caliente en el bidet ni en el lavamanos. No lo recomiendo. Las atracciones cerradas, el balnearo infantil cerrado.

Óxido y suciedad a buen precio
Reservamos los apartamentos "sólo alojamiento" y eso lo define todo. Llegamos a la recepción para este tipo de apartamentos...cerrada, te remiten al Hotel Gran Duque, allí nos mandan a otro sitio. ..empezamos bien las vacaciones! Cómo no pagas ningún tipo de pensión te mandan al último bloque lejos de todo (por suerte cerca del Mercadona) porque eres gente de tercera clase. Los platos y vasos, grasientos; los cubiertos oxidados y grasientos, bueno, los cuchillos, tenedores y cucharas porque de las cucharilla de postre sólo teníamos UNA. A la mañana siguiente fuimos a comunicarlo a recepción pero cuándo nos presentamos allí la chica de recepción no puede atender nuestra queja y nos deriva a otra compañera que está atendiendo a otro cliente, tras 15min de espera desistimos. Hemos comprado detergente de lavavajillas y cucharillas de postre de un sólo uso. Además de útiles para higienizar cocina y baño. Las sillas y mesa de La terraza sucias, menos mal que no es verano que sino nos toca limpiarlas si nos queremos sentar. La atención pésima, el apartamento regulero y a precio de 5 estrellas... no creo que volvamos otra vez Nota: Aunque la dirección o gerencia del hotel responda a mi comentatio comunicando que se se limpian, revisan y auditan exhaustivamente, nada más lejos de la realizad (en las fotos subidas, podéis ver, que el apartamento estaba no estaba limpísimo, no se permitiría tener un tendedero ni cubiertos oxidados ni habría una sóla cucharilla de postre)
