Property is on a great location and is a clean, comfortable and lacking in nothing. The staff is warm and inviting. They have suggestions on where to eat and offered to make reservations for us. They answered all our questions and made our time there very easy. The location is a 20-30 minute easy walk in any direction to major sites! We loved our stay and I have already shared the listing!!

Nice, modern apartment. It's equipped well even with washing machine. I loved the starter bag with coffee, sugar, washing capsule etc... The only disadvantage for me was the bad, mostly the sofa bad which was challenging to sleep on. The modern windows has almost perfect noise reduction, but the high traffic noise can be bothering with the windows open.

Very close to La Sagrada Familia
Beautiful apartment, comfortable and very helpful staff. I stayed with my 8 year old and my husband, I recommend it for families, it is very safe. The kitchen helped a lot since my daughter is a picky eater and there's 24 hour stores with anything you need (milk, produce, eggs, wine 😁) in almost every corner. I cannot wait to go back

후기가 좋아서 예약을 했습니다만, 완전 나빴습니다. 저는 가족여행(성인 2명, 7세 1명) 이었습니다. -나쁜점 (1) 도로가에 위치 해 있어 너무 시끄러움. 예민하지 않은 사람도 자다가 깰 정도로 시끄러움 (2) management office 불편. 관리하시는 분이 항상 있는 것은 아니어서 불편을 그때 그때 소통하기 힘듦. 영어도 잘 안통함. 마지막남 체크아웃 후 짐을 맡겼는데, 오후 4시에 돌아오기로 했는데, 중간에 연락와서(whatsapp) 오후 2시30분까지만 짐을 맡켜준다고 함. 그래서 일정 취소하고 호텔로 복귀함 (3) 소파배드 불편, 주방에 식시세척기 없음. 수건 1인당 1개씩만 지급(저는 4박이였는데도 1개씩만 받음) - 좋은점: 뜨거운물 잘 나옴

La calefacción no funcionó, lo reportamos y la solución del apartahotel fue comunicarnos a un número que no respondían. Cuando atendieron nos dijeron que lo podían solucionar hasta el día siguiente. Es un apto ideal para el verano pero no para invierno. Además, te cobran adicional tarifa de aseo de $50 euros y no cubre ni la sacada de basura no el lavado de trastes. Es importante que lean la letra menuda del contrato.

Dyrt. Dårlig service, men god beliggenhed
God placering i gåafstand til det meste. Jeg havde booket et dobbeltværelse med køkken og altan. Dog havde vi ikke adgang til altanen, vi prøvede at forklare dem, at vi havde bestilt et værelse med altan, men uden held. Ydermere var elevatoren gået i stykker alle 5 dage af vores ophold (vi boede på øverste etage, 134 trin) det kompentacerede de gratis morgenmad, hvilket var fint, men det var godt, at vi var to unge mennesker uden skader!! De første 3 dage havde vi hverken kaffe eller opvaskesæbe, så vi havde en stor opvask til sidst. De var simpelthen løbet tør for det i receptionen. Derudover stod der på hotels.com at det samlede beløb var cirka 4000 danske kroner, men jeg er kommet af med 600 kr mere end først anvist. Det er ikke i orden!! Vi er to unge studerende og kan ikke bare betale 600 kr mere end forventet. Jeg synes ikke det var pengene værd, det var simpelthen for dyrt i forhold til, hvad man får. Alt i alt, har det ikke været den bedste oplevelse. MEN værelset og beliggenheden er god!!

Needed to pay euro$50+ upon arrival. For me, it’s quite unreasonable to charge euro$40 for the cleaning fee only before checkin and after checkout (no cleaning service during the stay)! Spacious and well equipped room. Appreciated that detergent, cooking oil and some seasoning were provided. 15-20 mins to metro station, further than I thought. Walkable to Sagrada Família.

L’appartamento e’ accogliente, il letto molto Comodo, pulito. Situato a 15 minuti a piedi da passeig de gracia, vicinissimo alla fermata metro di girona, quindi in posizione ottimale per vedere le attrazzioni tiristiche ad opera di Gaudi. La cucina e’ attrezzata, il bagno e’ finestrato. Abbiamo Chiesto alla reception di avere un cambio biancheria, non e’ contemplato nel servizio in quanto l’appartamento e’ dotato di lavatrice . E’ previsto un costo aggiuntivo di tassa soggiorno e pulizia dell’appartamento finale .

Las chicas que nos recibieron fueron atentas en todo momento. Pudimos dejar la maleta en consigna. La limpieza del apartamento buena, echamos de menos algo más de menaje en la cocina pero poco más. Es un sitio muy cómodo y agradable.

소음만 빼고는 좋았어요
가족 4명이서 저렴하게 잘 묵었어요 사그라다파밀리아성당이랑 가까워서 (도보 10분쯤?) 산책겸 장볼겸(근처에 한인마트 이식품이 있어요) 자주 갔어요 메르까도나도 멀지 않고 그래서 매일 저녁 장봐서 집에서 요리해먹는 재미가 있었어요 다만 소음이 좀 있어요 도로가 꽤 큰 도로인지 거의 밤 12시까지는 도로소리가 크게납니다 새벽이 되면 조용해지는 편인데 소음에 예민하신분들은 피하는게 좋겠어요 메인 문(건물 1층)도 기름칠 하고싶을정도로 삐걱소리가 큽니다 메인 관광지들이랑은 거리가 좀 돼서 교통편없이 가기는 좀 어렵고요. (t-10가지고 환승하면서 다녔습니다) 저렴하고 친절하고 아파트먼트라서 편리한 것이 필요하시다면 좋은곳이에요
