I believe the staff may be students from the hospitality collage next door They were all nice but most didn’t know anything about the hotel It took 2 days to rent a bike on site - couldn’t get a cup of coffee - staff was nice but not very smart. walked to town to go to the supermarket and the town was like entering another country - seemed dangerous.

An absolutely perfect base to explore Amsterdam from, literally a 2 minute walk to a tram stop that can drop you close to the centre. I had a very pleasant stay in Amsterdam. The location was excellent, close to a tram line, making it easy to get around the city, while still being far enough out to enjoy some peace and quiet. The room was clean and comfortable, although a little on the small side and felt more like a 3-star standard rather than a higher-rated property. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, which really added to the overall experience. Overall, a good stay with a great balance of convenience and tranquillity. We will be staying here if we visit the city again.

Breakfast was great, staff were lovely to stay with, the restaurant served peppermints (which we loved) , overall, it was pretty good. However, there are some downsides during our stay: Such as the fridge which was not cold at all so don’t buy milk or ham for next day supplies . There were no free bottles of water in room. As well as this, the water sold at the lobby/reception was a bit overpriced (the price being around 5 euros each) and the WiFi is a bit laggy when the three of us were using it . hotel is good and breakfast was delicious 😋 . Leonardo Hotel, thank you for having us and we will definitely come back.😄😄😄

Had a wonderful 2 night stay at this modern hotel. Room was on the 15th floor and had a great view across the city. It was clean and there was a wonderful choice of so many foods at breakfast. It was also convenient for transport with a bus and stop only a 5-10 min walk away although the tram was not operational when we stay due to roadworks. Would stay again and highly recommend.
