The location was wonderful! Although, it was a bit difficult to find at first since it was through a large locked door on the city street vs having a typical "hotel entrance". Very clean, helpful staff. Do wish the A/C could have been lowered further, but I think that was more of a European thing vs this particular hotel. Overall, would recommend and would stay here again! :)

Staff were helpful until check out day, couldnt get ahold of staff initally for a safe luggage storage place, once contact was made we were asked to leave our bags under a desk in the lobby. The property is nicely located walking distance to Barcelona city stores, malls and other attractions. The staff is super nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Room was just perfect in terms of value and the time we were there. The only hiccup we encountered was at the time of arrival, there was no front area staff to check us in. It seems that there is no one available before 10 am. We had to do it via email.

This is a great option if you are looking to stay in an affordable and convenient place! Such a great location and the staff was phenomenal. Traveling as a group of young girls to a country where you don’t speak the language can be scary, but this hotel was perfect. Couldn’t recommend it more!
