Absolutely stunning hotel in every way. Superb staff, huge room with really comfortable beds, fabulous views, excellent food. We were a group of 5 and spent 4 nights and would have loved more. The setting is gorgeous, with extensive terraces for lounging around and eating dinner. There's a wonderful heated swimming pool and a tennis court.
Everything is quality whilst retaining a relaxed atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

There is no question about this small resort it is absolutely astonishing with the surrounding scenery. It just stunning! Beautiful lake and surrounding area with plenty of other breathtaking places to visit. However the lodge we had did have a problem with hot water when we first arrived but was quickly resolved. The main issue was our cabin ( it had extremely creaky floors!) this wasn’t a problem in itself. However if you had to get up during the night you’d wake up the other people you are...
Good little place for overnight. Helpful host who offered welcome beer on arrival. Dinner available - a little basic but good value. Very pleasant terrace for food/drink/sitting. Room basic but fine. No toiletries surprised me and of course only public parking.
Just the perfect place to break our journey from the ferry to our home on the Mediterranean. Staff are helpful food is great and the bed so comfortable I sleep for 10 hours.
This little known gem, situated about 10 minutes from Egletons on the D16, in the delightfully rural Correze, is well worth a visit. If it’s peace, calm and tranquility you seek - this is it. Relatively unknown to the English (we were the first English to stay here) it’s well worth a visit. The hosts are very welcoming and speak English. The facilities are superb - we just wish we could have stayed longer!
The hotel is set in a rural area although it’s on a main route through the area. There is a beautiful tranquil lake at the rear of the hotel where you can have a quiet, easy peaceful walk and spot the abundant fish and admire the various tall trees. There are small beaches too.

stopped off here for 2 nights on our way down to the south of France. The room was excellent, we had a family room which had a separate room for the parents . The service was great, the pool was not huge and a little cool but clean and in good condition and ,as most of the visitors were out and about during the day, we had it to ourselves as we were resting up on our way elsewhere. I arrived late, and during the Covid pandemic, and the receptionist offered me a reasonably priced evening meal in my room, which was delicious.
