The location is very good and near the beach.
The property is in a run down condition. Paid extra for the penthouse which was not worth it. outside was dirty. kitchen had no dishes or towels. the overhead light had only 2 bulbs in it out of 8 and only one working.
Only 2 towels in the shower facilities but shower curtain was not effective so whole floor was wet and no way to dry. Located on the top floor 4th with no elevator, struggle to get luggage up and down.
Breakfast was a bare minimum.
Guess you get what you pay for but this was the most run down property I ever stayed in for the price paid. not worth it.

I've traveled for last 40 years but this hotel was worst my choice.
Very filthy, very old,
tiny room and a shower room. I am an only 93 pound of body weight
but I was not comfortable move around.
Filthy smell of bed sheet and towels, I did not use the bed sheet and towels. Thanks got I brought a few towels with me.
I was really regret to choose this hotel
and
I can't believe that the Expedia.com had a contract this kind of hotel. Very disappointed about EXPEDIA.COM.

Right in the heart of Tel Aviv yet off the beaten path. I like hotels with personalities and this one oozes that.

Great location
Close to the beach and amazing food . The staff was super helpful.
Although the rooms were old and very outdated. Not worth the cost from my travels to 85 countries.

Great location and friendly staff. This is an older style hotel with plenty of character but facilities are getting a little tired. The breakfast provisions are very limited and basically inedible but there are some great cafes nearby.

Needs improving
Located in a very good area, this hotel certainly has some qualities. However its breakfast is a no no. It is better booking without it and having a decent coffee somewhere else (bad coffee , bad bread and no better options available)

Location, location, location!! The price is more than reasonable. Friendly staff, super easy check in, close to shops and an easy walk to the sea. This is unheard of in California, US. I will be back, for sure!!!

Not unsatisfied
Very good location. Stayed there on two occasions. The first time I spent on the third floor and the second time on the ground floor. The third floor room was OK. The one on the first floor, however, was tiny, didn't smell so good and couldn't connect to wifi. Breakfast was the worst I've ever seen at a hotel.

A nice place, recommended
A nice place for a stay in Tel Aviv. I enjoyed my stay there.
Pros:
- Perfect location. Close to beach and supermarkets. In a quiet street.
- Cleanliness
- Comfortable bed
- Quiet rooms
- Reasonable price for Tel Aviv standards
Cons
The only downside is the absense of working wifi connection in the rooms. Had to go down to the lobby to use wifi.
I think I would book again if I ever visit Tel Aviv in the future.

Take it off your website
Place was awful
Old, dirty and ugly
I truly feel I need to have half of my money refunded, if not all
Continental breakfast was nasty
Room was dirty and stunk
Floor was filthy, I wore my socks on one day and lot of dirt on my socks and animal hairs
Sheets had stains like if they were dirty
Personen was always arguing among themselves and yelling
Completely a total bad experience
Never happened before
Internet very poor or no connection not even in the lobby
I have scheduled through you a few times and I sincerely was big time disappointed this time
Seriously, I will never stay at sea side hotel not even if it was free
Other guests were complaining as well
Their rooms were even in worse condition than mine
Right now I am in Jerusalem
Now this hotel is awesome
This is what I am used to

Sea Side: Sparse But Still Passable.
The hotel's location was near great nightlife and restaurants as well as close to a great beach. The staff was courteous. The room was sparsely furnished. There was no desk for doing work. Instant coffee and tea were always available. Breakfast consisted of toast, cereal, yoghurt and milk, but no eggs or the fish and cheese typical of Israeli breakfasts.

Nice hotel in a good location
Overall a very good experience. The hotel was clean, friendly staff and in a good location. As we travelled with a car, the priority was to have a hotel with a car park. On the website the price showed as 40 NIS. At a hotel we were told is 70 which is nearly twice as much as we expected. That was the only downside.

Fantastic location, close to the beach. We were given a free bottle of wine for New Year's Eve too, which was nice. Breakfast was a bit unsatisfactory though. No eggs for breakfast, and one morning they managed to run out of jam for toasts.
