Westbeach Holiday Apartments
"Don’t be put off by the building next door. Great area for cafes sea views and nice bars. Beach is excellent and on the doorstep"
The Waterfront Inn
"We found the stay very enjoyable. The hotel was in an excellent location for the local amenities and the beach. Parking was never a problem. There were plenty of places to eat and drink, both inside and al fresco. We particularly enjoyed the Thatchers cider. Everywhere was very clean and all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We would be very happy to recommend your hotel to anyone we know going to Westward Ho, and would like to return one day."
The Wayfarer Inn
"Very nice room with sea view, unfortunately very steep stairs to get there and as suffering mobility issues, not the best, although staff were not aware. Breakfast excellent, and evening meal for 7 highly commented on favourably, hot plates and food. Unfortunately a bout of food poisoning occurred overnight, although the source cannot be confirmed but suspected. Would recommend and stay again. Chair to be placed in room in September after renovations will be a bonus."
Seagate
"Great spacious accommodation right on the sea front great views in the middle of town"
Instow Barton
"Lovely safe comfortable B&B situated an 10 minute walk to the beach and a couple of good pubs. Easy to drive to other locations to explore, such as Arlington Court and Exmoor Zoo. The breakfast was really lovely with a selection of cooked, yoghurt, fruit and juice, enough to keep you going past lunch."
Fosfelle Cottages
"Lovley place. The 2 hosts were amazing went above and beyond for us. 100% going back."
The Royal George
"Staff were amazing. So helpful and friendly. Beautiful bespoke room. Amazing food and drinks. Perfect location"
Old Pound Smithy
"Arrived late at our stay and then realised that we had in fact booked for the weekend after! Disaster after a 6 hour drive and very little options. We apologised and explained the error to our host. Amazingly and also luckily the host immediately went to work setting up an alternative glamping pod for us to stay in. The place was immaculate, hosts are extremely friendly and everything about the trip was perfect and as described. We will certainly be returning."

- Be flexible with dates: Prices may vary depending on factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and time of year, so being flexible with your dates might help you save on your stay in a Bideford hotel. For those seeking distinctive experiences, boutique hotels can provide a more personalised service and sometimes even offer better value. When you book with Hotels.com, we will inform you if the price for your selected dates is above or below the average, and if it appears higher, we may suggest more affordable dates to help you find a better deal.
- Consider your location: Remaining closer to key attractions or city centres may offer convenience, yet it often entails higher costs.
