Nuestro hotel favorito en Cuernavaca para relajarnos con la familia. Está muy bien cuidado, la alberca climatizada, las áreas verdes son muy bonitas, las habitaciones cómodas, el staff muy cálido, el restaurante muy bueno y con opciones muy variadas. Varios alimentos del menú y el buffet son tradicionales mexicanos y tienen un sabor auténtico y delicioso, lo cual es muy conveniente para quienes gustan de probar la cocina local. René de recepción, Agustín e Ilse de restaurante y Simón de valet parking fueron particularmente amables.

We stayed 3 days. I enjoyed so much the gardening of the hotel, how great care they give to it. I got up every morning to sit by the pool and enjoyed the birds sing. I enjoyed the outdoor pool with warm temperature. The restaurant breakfast was really good. Staff very courteous and respectful from beginning to end. I did not enjoy the uncomfortable bed and very thin pillow . So, my sleep time was not good at all. There were 4 of us and 3 of us had bad bed time experience. They need to change the mattresses and pillows. I had back pain for 3 days. Once I came back home, the pain went away . I don’t know if I am going back to that Hotel, unless they improve the bed experience. The city center was 1.5 km away, we did not mind the walking to the bus, that was a healthy experience.In fact, I wanted a quiet and small hotel no too close to the center. I really hope the owner pays attention to this review because this hotel has a great potential. This won’t be our last visit to CuernaVaca.
