Super place to stay. This is the first time we have toured the Austrian Alps and this hotel was a great choice. As it was 'off' season, ie not winter as it's a ski resort. everything was all inclusive, food, alcohol etc. Spa was quite good but we only used the pool, which is heated and has an outdoor section.
Food was very good, excellent selection, wide range of choice, and fresh. Hotel overall, although quite a big hotel, it is very well kept and clean.
While the room was super clean and functional, the space was a bit small for 3. Service was excellent, the staff super friendly, and the breakfast, well, exceptional!
What a sensational hotel. The best hotel we've ever stayed at a family. The attention to detail in everything is evident. It's less than 5 mins to the ski lift which was free with the Karnten card. Bad Kleinkircheim was a great base for exploring the area and there are a couple of supermarkets walking distance from the hotel. Relaxing by the pool was dreamy, and it's so great to have the family spa. We will definitely be back!
Very comfortable stay.. various options for walking, sport, swimming or ying by pool and reading at hotel. Fantastic water slide complex just next door or the hotel has its own gorgeous pools .Very easy to take car and sightsee in the surrounding area.

I only stayed the one evening but the location was perfect for the train station and for walking around the lovely town of Villach. The hotel had a relaxed feel to it and all the staff I encountered at reception at breakfast etc were very friendly, helpful and professional. The room allocated was spacious, comfortable and clean. We stayed three nights in the house to the side of the hotel - it’s so peaceful and beautiful, with its own deck on the lake that’s even quieter than the main hotel lakefront. Breakfast is one of the best I’ve had at any hotel, and the restaurant setting is also very pretty. Staff are kind and helpful. Highly recommended if you enjoy tranquility and a beautiful view.
Lovely hotel, friendly staff, fantastic rooms, very large and comforable. Jacobb the owner was most helpfull and could'nt do enough for us ,an excellent host. The food was not up to the standard of the hotel though,and it was the only thing to find fault with. All in all a very good hotel to stay at and would happily book again although the food was average the hotel is not!
