The surrounding streets are not the best ofthe toen. The hotel was good with its save private parking space and nice employees. Our room was bigger than expected, beds were comfortable. Environment was silent. Breakfast offered a variety of choices. We had a pleasant stay.

The staff at the hotel was really service oriented. They were friendly and helpful going the extra mile to make sure we had enough pillows and a place to store our luggage after check out. Breakfast was one of the best during our entire Germany trip with a great selection of hot and cold food. The room was very spacious with great amenities.

The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious well resourced and clean. The shower did go hot and cold at times but ok. The beds were comfy and we slept well. The breakfast was excellent. The area around the area felt a bit unsafe with a lot of unsavoury characters and apparent drug users but we were not threatened. overall a great stay and good value

The rooms are nice, but getting luggage to them is tricky. There is only a small elevator and quite a few stairs. Breakfast was nice though. The surrounding area feels a little unsafe to travel with kids, but if you are ok with it the 20 minute walk to the Schnoor district is lovely.

Disappointing
There was no one at the desk on arrival. The room was small and very basic. The room was very hot and didn’t have air conditioning. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillow provided was about as comfortable as a tea towel. The bathroom was very small and had the feel of a cross Chanel ferry. The room was spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. Not value for money.

Es un hotel situado a unos 10 minutos a pie de la Hauptbahnhof de Bremen, lo que resulta muy práctico. Las instalaciones no son precisamente nuevas, pero tiene en cambio un comedor agradable y ofrece incluído en el precio, muy razonable, un desayuno que está bien.

Für einen kurzen Zeitraum in Ordnung. Kommunikation des Hotels verbesserungsbedürftig. Hatte angefragt, wegen der Baustelle vor dem Gebäude. Keine Antwort erhalten, telefonische Auskunft wich dann von der Info an der Rezeption ab. Parkhaus in der näheren Umgebung genutzt. Da gibt es auf jeden Fall noch Verbesserung.
