This review follows a separate booking issue we encountered. We had reserved five rooms, and upon arrival, we were asked to pay an additional US$10 per person for breakfast, despite the property listing stating that breakfast was included for all rooms.
The next day, the hotel manager spoke with us directly, explained the miscommunication with Expedia, and offered a solution. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Overall, it’s a reliable and trustworthy property that we would consider again.

We booked this property through Expedia, where it was clearly stated that all rooms include breakfast. However, when we arrived, the staff told us we had to pay an additional US$10 per person for breakfast because our room supposedly didn’t include it.
Our quad room only cost $60 total, so adding $40 more just for breakfast is unreasonable and misleading. This feels like a scam.
They even admitted that they were aware of this issue with Expedia listings but never informed us in advance.
The room we received had a strong, unpleasant smell, and the noise from loud music outside continued until midnight, making it very hard to sleep.
