I liked the pools, pretty beach, rate was fair, the bed was more comfy than most hotels. That's one reason we came here. It was a last minute decision. The price was decent. That's the only reason we stayed here. I think they're serving "boxed/prepared foods" rather than FRESH authentic dishes. I wished they had more dishes for Mexican food. We had to go off property downtown to have a good Mexican restaurant. Their reservation restaurants were presented very pretty, but the food was lacking in taste & too gourmet for our taste. Their APP wasn't correct for dining schedules at various buffets. I think it is under renovation or renewal. We asked for a room far from noise & we got one, near the pool. It is sound proof (except when housekeeping is cleaning above the room we were in) or someone sitting on their balcony moving chairs around. Pool doesnt stay open or active past 6pmish. The sun goes behind the buildings at 6pmish, maybe that's why? Some people enjoy evening swimming but it wasn't encouraged. Entertainment was basic. I think a DJ & popular music to dance would draw a better audience for dancing instead of average live singers. Its reasonable price. Want to go to Cabo to get away, it's a reasonable place to go. We chose all inclusive, but there was never snacks inside our room like many other resorts weve stayed b4. They had pepsi, H20 & beer, nothing else. Room service was $10 delivery fee. Need shuttle for downtown at a fee not taxi or uber. Good excursion prices.
