This area was far enough away from city center but close enough to walk to ensure peace and quiet. The staff were amazing and helpful and very responsive. The room was large and spacious but the heat is turned up high that it makes the room very dry and hot.

pro: The hotel is beautiful. Room is big. Safebox and shower are good. Walking distance to city center and major sights. con: They don't have room to keep luggage. If arrive early or leave late, luggage need to be in lobby corridor. The corridor they told me to use can't be seen by front desk people. Shower water suddently very hot or suddently cold. Although it is walking distance, it is up hill walk for 4 or 5 blocks.

Todos o staff muito educado prestativo , simpático (com exceção da recepcionista que fez nosso check in ). Café da manha bom ok. Destaque de elogios para um jovem rapaz que trabalha no restaurante no período da manha e inicio tarde. A localização é boa, mas saiba que tem que subir uma leve ladeira desde a avenida principal. (-) Check liberado com atraso = e só após muita reclamação e insistência de nossa parte. Chegamos no hotel as 10 hrs (entendo que o check in é as 15 hrs, ok), mas estava viajando desde o dia anterior e pedi o grande favor se poderiam liberar um pouco antes (tendo em vista que o check out é as 10 hrs, e quando cheguei estavam ocorrendo muitos check outs. Mesmo assim além de não adiantarem (ok), MAS atrasaram o check in após as 15 hrs; a recepcionista (deste momento) bastante antipática, nada prestativa e simplesmente só dizia que não estava disponível ainda, que iria verificar, mas não nos respondia. obs = desde as 12 hrs tinham camareiras limpando a recepção (que estava limpa), na maior tranquilidade.,... então essa não é uma desculpa. Todos os dias, algumas louças do café da manha estavam um pouco sujas .

Uma estadia MARAVILHOSA! O quarto é muito confortável e espaçoso, além de ter uma mini cozinha, com geladeira, talheres, copos, xícaras, uma chaleira elétrica. Os quartos contam com aquecedores, camas novas e confortáveis, e o banheiro é espaçoso. O hotel é ainda mais lindo pessoalmente, e as pessoas são muito simpáticas. Amamos a estadia, com certeza voltaríamos! (OBS.: o café da manhã é bem simples, poderia ter mais opções; mas serve bem, e é agradável)
