Felt brand new and very clean. Food was delicious. Room was well appointed. Customer service was very friendly. Specifically Chiara. Would definitely stay again. This hotel is also the shortest walk to the terminal which is great when you have a 6am flight.

This is very good location for a short stay since it´s connected to the terminal. Rooms are new and tidy. The check-in they could improve, since it seems to be crowded all the time and under staffed. With this money, you should be able to hire people instead of machines.

If you're trying to choose between the Hilton and here. Chose the clarion, literally right across for the airport terminal, there is no getting closer. The room was nice the bed was amazing and the spa was a nice treat. Also the breakfast in the morning at 5am wow what a spread. I stayed at the Hilton before and that was an extremely sad experience especially since I paid extra for it and the clarion included it! Great experience great hotel!

Front desk service is the worst ever. Staff is rude and unprofessional. They never organised the check in line and let other freaking French cut in line. Although the staff saw I came first and had an argument with them, never tried to organise it. Definitely I felt it is racism and the front dest staff are generally incompetent and they never gave any information of hotel exactly except for breakfast time. How come this hotel trains staff like this.
