Great location (about 10 mins walk from the train station and Tivoli). The room was clean and had everything you needed. The 24 front-desk was really useful as there were snacks and drinks available at all times.

The staff were super helpful and friendly. The room was lovely and just as pictured. The breakfast was excellent. And the bike rental was super easy and affordable. Making it very nice to ride around the city and explore. 10/10 would highly recommend

Basic and rather budget. You get what you pay for. Working ac, beds ok and bathroom tiny but ok. Overall good considering the price. Location awesome!

The room can be more cleaned up much better. The room is tiny but the price is reasonable. The bed is comfortable.

Lovely view. Rather quiet room. However, there was no water cooker (couldn’t make myself any tea or coffee)

4/10 Fair

Had a clogged sink that I asked to have fixed the first morning but it never happened. I paid for a hole weeks breakfast but was still questioned every morning, and told I didn’t have it. The only bright side at the week was the short and dark haired lady at the breakfast that was really customer friendly. She gets 5 stars! ⭐️

6/10 Good

The hotel is in a good location, close to Copenhagen Station and a large shopping mall. The hotel itself is clean and presentable, lifts are keycard operated or you can use your phone app. I tried using the phone app on my IPhone but it wouldn’t work so had to get a key card from reception. The room was small with a joining door to the next room (locked). The quilt on the double bed doesn’t actually cover the whole bed and the pillows are weird square squishy things. The rooms are quite tired, definitely showing signs of wear. There is no real clothes space, the drawer under the bed is used for towels and the “wardrobe” is a pole with some coat hangers on. No where for pants/socks etc. It’s a city hotel and overall, it’s reasonably priced for Copenhagen. If I visit the city again I would stay here.

8/10 Very good

it was quiet, rooms fine, not large but enough. breakfast was fine for a cold buffet and good value. lockers for baggage were too small to store our stuff, but the staff kept it behind the desk for us.
Verified review

8/10 Very good

Clean but quite small room with good view for trainspotting. Basic Scandinavian furnishings with a bathroom pod within the room. Good breakfast but with no hot food (if that is required?). Restaurant only offers breakfast. The central facilities were not inspiring with a good lounge but little else available. Some basic snacks and drinks from reception but the staff seemed uninterested in serving. (I gave up!)
