The staying here was amazing, the landlord was a very great person that helped us and guided us during all our period here. I highly recommend this place and I will for sure stay here next time I arrive in Mardin. The terrace where you can stay and have an amazing view is just great.

Just the staff is an A PLUS, its located at the end of the tourist area , its quiet and have lot of places for dining and breakfast. It was very cold when we stayed, but they helped us set the heater . No TV , but for the price is fine

The hotel was amazing. It was located right in the middle of shopping area. Everywhere was in walking distance. The owner help us to plan our destination and we also bought amazing almond sweets from his shop. I strongly recommend this place!!

Kaldığımız oda Siyame 103. İşletmeci abimiz iyi niyetli biri fakat konaklayanlar için konforun artırılması lazım. Oda havasız. Işıklandırma çok kötü. Tek ampulle aydınlanmaya çalışıyorsunuz. Gün ışığı da almıyor.Kıyafetler için dolap yok. Oda hijyenik değil. Yatak konforsuz. Nevresim üstlerinde duvarlardan dökülen tozlar bulunuyordu. Tam üstünde bir cafe var ve gece ikiye kadar bangır bangır müzik sesi geldi. Konak içinde personel yok misafirler da rahat rahat davranışlarda bulunuyor bu yüzden. Şu ana kadar konakladığım yerler arasında en çok hayal kırıklığına uğradığım mekan.

Otel çok pis ve bakımsız. Odada ne bir masa ne dolap nede sandalye bulunuyor. Klozet yatağın yanında. Oda servisi yok, personel yok, televizyon yok, sabah kahvaltısı verilmedi.

otel konumu itibari ile güzel yerde idi. Raba ile gelinirse otopark bulunmuyor çevresinde o sebeple en yakın otoparka yürüme mesafesinde ama günlük 500 TL ödemek durumundasınız. Ama bu otele alakalı bir durum değil. Odamız konforlu idi. Temizdi. Konforlu bir şekilde uyuduk. Tek sıkıntısı Cuma akşamı çok yakınında bulunan bardan ok yüksek oranda ses ses gelmesi idi. Otelle ilgilenen beyefendinin yaklaşımı can güzeldi.

3 gece konakladık. Otelin konumu harika. Tüm Eski Mardin’i yürüme mesafesinde . Odamız oldukça temizdi. Otelin teras manzarası çok iyi . Sabah kahvenizi içerken Mezopotamyayı seyredebilirsiniz. Tayyar abi başından sonuna kadar bizimle çok ilgilendi . Bir otel gibi değil evinde misafir ediyormuş gibi ağırladı. Kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz. Bizim için tam bir fiyat performans konaklaması oldu.

Abiye önceden odayı ısıtabilir misin desek daha iyi olurdu ama odada sadece klimayla ısındığımız için çok sıkıntı oda taş olduğu için buz gibiydi resmen tuvalette duş alamadım soğuktan abi ısıtıcı getirdi ama tuvalet yine de aşırı soğuktu
