I booked the all open rooms and was not given that. When reported to desk there was no help. Asked for our rooms to be together and was told no, even tho the hotel was quiet and was not booked up. I put that it is my partners birthday and we were given quite possibly the worst room with the worst view of the bins outside.

Nice hotel. Brunch was great and pool and bar and front lounge relaxing. Room was a good size for a couple. Balcony good for drying towels and clothes. Hotel has been renovated but it does need final touches however this didn’t affected the holiday. I’d say when these finishing touches are done, it goes from 3* to 4* hotel. Staff was lovely and kind. Would stay again.

The property is a bit dated, the hotel rooms are tiny (something that seems to be a trend in Spain), and although the staff is wonderful, the breakfast area is dirty, because of all the drunk British tourists. No wonder the locals hate them.

This hotel is a building site, and shouldn't bevooen yet. Absolute disgrace. Builders makjng noise from 7 every morning, jo lights in corridors. Light fittings with exposed wires hanging from the ceiling in corridor. Pool closed first 2 days, decided to give it a miss hence i stand on a nail. Queued for 2 hours to check-in. A spanish man started walked to the front ofvthe line and got his room before me. Keycards constantly failing, absolutely filthy dust everywhere I could type all day

Dårlig service/bedømmelse av løsning fra personalet. Strømmen på hotellrommet gikk pluttselig kl 23 om kvelden, og resepsjonisten mente vi burde vente til neste morgen før hun hadde noen som kunne se på saken. Sendte etterhvert opp «security» som sa at strømmen var helt borte, og de gav oss da et nytt rom. På det nye rommet virket ikke toalettet, og igjen ble vi møtt av «noen skal se på det iløpet av dagen». Dette overrasker meg, som selv kommer fra servicebransjen. De som jobber i resepsjonen trenger et kurs i kundeservice, og «se» kundene som kommer inn.
