We had a short stay before our flight to Toronto. It is a great location by the beach, in a nice neighborhood. The room was nice and clean with all amenities. The staff was very courteous and helpful. No complaints at all.

Our stay was amazing. Location of the hotel is great even though room size was small. This Propery is right on the beach. Service given by the employees and the breakfast was really good.

Good place to stay. Most weird access to the beach. You can only leave the hotel to access the beach, but you have to walk all the way around the beach to get back into the hotel. I suggest they have a simple resident only access (using the room key card) to get back into the hotel directly from the beach.

Citizen Hotel Would not stay again. It is a clean but VERY compact building with a lot of staff But lots of things go wrong even tho they have staff to fix things quickly it is annoying especially middle of night My in-room safe needed 4 separate visits to fix it. Extra $7AUD @ Hotel Sea Princess is a bargain! Stay there

I always stay in this hotel for its outside sea front dinning and sitting to relax my holiday but this time expedia and citizen hotel thoroughly let me down with my family as it was your responsibilty to check if this hotel was in construction. this is not fare at all as my holiday was ruined. please I would like you to refund my monies

Nice little hotel...was here 12 years ago and i can see, feel the difference. Even the type of local clientele is different. Hotels needs an upgrade espcially restuarant..i did not risk eating .. The room was nice and comfortable. Nothing special but i would stay again. Reception was also good and quick, woke me as requsted. The owners just need to invest in the hotel and staff otherwise its going to be run down .

near airport and on beach.
Right next to beach, only got room with a view as they did not have twin as requested and they had to put folding bed in double room.The double bed had large wooden legs that stuck out and stubed my toes on a few occations.Room needs a bit of up dating. Only sat on terrace once as seemed to be next to water / sewage outlet and a fine spray of water in the air (slightly smelly).Had to cover drink with coaster! Staff very good and attentive (sometimes too much so).!! Breakfast was good and tasty.

One of the most pathetic and worst Hotel I have ever stayed. It was my 10th wedding anniversary. So I was there with my family. The hotel does not have any respect for their guest. The restaurant in the hotel is facing the beach. Miss behaviours and nudity from the public has to be born and tolerated by the guest... on complain to the management it falls on deaf ears. The hotel is meant for Kapuso one night stand druggies and smokers not recommended for any family is a kid. I do not have cribs for babies also.

The location was the hotel was good but it was too
I paid around Rs. 5300 but I do not find it worth to spend this much for the services I got. The hotel was totally different as it was shown in the pics. I thought I will get the view of the beach as it was shown in the pics but I got the view of a dirty building. It was not a feel good factor when you enter in your room. It was a disappointing experience with Expedia.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, I must say my experience was far from satisfactory. The first issue was the cleanliness; it was evident that the hotel has seen better days, but the level of upkeep was not up to standard. It was quite dirty in several areas, which made my stay uncomfortable. Moreover, the noise level significantly impacted my experience. My room was located directly above the kitchen's ventilation system, which operated loudly around the clock. This constant noise made it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep, severely affecting the overall quality of my stay. In conclusion, the combination of poor cleanliness and the disruptive noise level was disappointing. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and considers making necessary improvements for future guests.
