Nice place- the public areas are really nice and typical Vegas. The room felt like it has lived a busy life- it was well maintained but showing some signs of age. The pools were nice but all closed at 7, which felt like a trick to force everyone into the casinos… which I understand but also feel like it was a cheap move.

I love the location of Aria. It's actually pretty cool they welcome dogs. I don't have a dog, but it was cute to see dogs at the casino. The hotel rooms and property is super clean and well maintained. Staff is super helpful and nice!!

The staff were nice, the lobby looks gorgeous, but the rooms are dated, and there are no refrigerators in the room and no water at all in 100° heat!! After I called the front desk, they did send up a refrigerator to my room. I was given a $30 food and beverage credit, but it wasn’t able to be applied to the room service charge that I ordered but when I checked out the young lady at the front desk was able to apply it to the room service charge. Won’t stay at this hotel again. Valet charges are way too expensive and slot machines are tight!!!

I'm at Aria now three times in the last several months... I'm really liking it.... really impressed and happy about how they go out of their way to accommodate you (from Noon check in to extended hour checkout). From the Bell Desk to Valet to Front Desk, very friendly and (like I said), accommodating. And then there's Javier's Mexican restaurant..... hellooo? So Goood and always a great vibe. Coming back for the NBA final games... super excited to stay here again.

My stay was fine. I love the smell when you walk in and it does not smell like stale cigarettes. I like that there's an employee standing in front of the elevators so that non-guests cannot access the elevators. It made me feel safer. Property has multiple food options, while pricey (it's Vegas so this is normal), it's good to have options. There's a convenience store on the property. Unfortunately, the nightclub was closed for renovations during my stay this time. We were looking forward to that. The sign stated it is supposed to reopen Winter 2026. The only thing that took me by surprise was the $150/night incidental fee. I stayed 6 nights, so I was not a fan of having a $900 hold on my card. You should've seen my face at check-in when I was told that info! So, make sure you're prepared, otherwise, you'd have to find somewhere else to stay - even if you paid for the stay in advance.
