A beautifully restored property in lovely Mérida. Off street Parking is just around the corner and plenty good restaurants and cafes within walking distance. We were in a standard double which was rather dark (likely good when weather is hot) so we lounged around by the pool when not out exploring. Bathroom drains can get a bit smelly from time to time but to be expected of a sympathetically restored historic building.

Wonderful hotel! From the outside it looks small, but on the inside it is huge! Rooms are very spacious. Rooms and hotel is a but older; but that is part of the charm. The staff is very kind and accommodating. There is a laundry service as well. Pool is nice to lay and sit by. Restaurant is there too, we did not eat at it but saw plenty of people having breakfast. Hotel is in the heart of downtown Mérida and direct access to everything you want and need! Definitely recommend staying here. Reasonably priced.

Hotel Hacienda was a great location for our stay in Merida, the hotel is close to local shopping, restaurants, and city squares. The hotel is accurately reflected in images online and has beautiful pools and scenery. My room was comfortable and matched the description and images shared.

Can’t say enough about the hotel staff - I was in a room that was above a fruit tree so there were ants in the bathroom and the staff switched me to another room upgraded for no charge. They were so friendly and accommodating throughout my whole stay and even when I told them I would be home late they waited up for me. Would highly Recommend. Pool and hotel area were nice, ac worked, didn’t eat there but they had breakfast.
