Very small room but perfect for a couple getting away for a night or two, the most comfortable hotel bed and pillows! The bar was very nice too. The location is perfect (back bay) and the city view is beautiful. Will definitely stay again.

Citizen M is the best- great location for a week of business meetings, dinners, co-working. Love the room, love the 2nd floor, even love the gym. Clean, bright uplifting. Honestly one of my favorite hotels! Best part is waking up to a gorgeous view!

I love this place!
CitizenM in Back Bay is not only beautiful and looks like what you see in their pictures, it's clean and spacious in the common areas near the restaurant. I really enjoyed the room as well. It's not a large room, but it's great for a solo traveler and I had the most restful sleep there. This was such a great experience and the hotel's location is not far from restaurants and cafes. I am looking forward to staying there again soon.
