It was a perfect stay for our quick Geneva stop. The hotel was so close to the train station, very convenient as we were coming from Paris. The property is very modern, clean and innovative. No need for room cards as you can access your room and all its amenities with your phone. The check in was seamless and quick but the staff was readily available, if needed. They are also very friendly and helpful. Our room was awesome! Loved the setup and decor. It was super clean and very spacious. Wish we had more time in Geneva and this hotel.

Wait until it's been open a while....
The hotel had just opened - there were dirty items in the dishwasher (which was weird because i thought nobody had stayed in the room?), i couldn't get hold of anyone as their no said error the whatsapps did not work, i asked repeatedly for my Geneva transport card and nobody responded, they then put me in a very noisy room with faults, changed my room (not because of the noise, but because the bed wouldn't expand), they started building work at 7am on the first day, and everything is new so has been off-gassing and giving me a headache. Bathroom light would not turn off at all. The bed was comfortable, it's a clever concept, but it's run by a very incompetent team. I'm sure once they get things sorted out it will be good, but right now, it's a bit of a disaster. Information given also is not clear and often the room key swipe doesn't work and says error.

NO RECOMENDADO
Total absence of guidance regarding internet connection difficulties, (which was reported as a dangerous connection). The indispensable presence of a human being 24/7 in the face of unforeseen events creates a state of helplessness and great discomfort. Nobody to ask. They assume that the guest knows all the operating elements and that, in addition, they have not had any problems with their mobile or cell phone. On the other hand, the operating system of light switches, to turn lights on and off, deserves to be in a Guinness book for being absurd and cumbersome. In my opinion, not at all recommended. Ausencia total de guía ante dificultades de conexión con internet , (que fue reportada como conexión peligrosa). La indispensable presencia de un ser humano 24/7 ante imprevistos, crea un estado de indefensión y gran malestar. Nadie a quien preguntar. Dan por supuesto que el huésped conoce todos los elementos de funcionamiento y que, además, no ha tenido ningún inconveniente con su móvil o celular. Por otra parte, el sistema de funcionamiento de los interruptores de luz, para encendido y apagado de luces, merece estar en un libro de Guinness por absurdo y engorroso. En mi opinión, para nada recomendable.

Juste magnifique
J’ai passé un excellent séjour au Stay Kooook. L’accueil était chaleureux et le personnel toujours disponible et à l’écoute. La chambre était propre, bien aménagée et très fonctionnelle, avec un design moderne et agréable. L’emplacement est idéal, proche des commodités et des transports.
