The room and bed very very clean and of high quality. The jacuzzi tub was nice to warm up in after a day of -20C with the wind chill. Front desk and breakfast were great.

Disappointed.
Was an OK stay. Was a 2 night get away with my husband. Signs all over that was newly renovated our room certainly was not. Room was tired and needs some loving, The sink in our bathroom didn't not drain well all at all. We did mention this on check out. We got a room with a jetted tub. Again was very tired looking and 3 of the jets were not working. Was disappointing. Breakfast was very disappointing. We decided to pay the 8 dollars each and upgrade on the free. Do not do this. First off no ham. Eggs were just warm. Potatoes were obviously pre cooked and barely warmed up. No decaf coffee. My husband drinks this for medical reasons. We have stated here before but pretty sure we will not be staying here again.

Room with noise from hwy 400
We stayed in room 324, king size bed and jet bath. The room was big, clean, and nice, however very noisy at night. It did not have sound proof windows, even if facing busy hwy 400. Huge disapintment. Not recommended.

Very clean, staff were friendly and thoughtful. With a cast on my foot they put us in a 1st floor room and let us into breakfast when we were a few minutes early.

Inconvenient stay
It started out ok but then we had to change rooms after getting settled. The bathroom fan didn’t work and the tub was so clogged it started filling up while showering. Then they came with a yukky plunger to try and unclog it. When asking if we could have a late check out, the reply was that there is a charge per hour”!!?? I have never ever heard of that in all my years of staying in a hotel, and because of the inconvenience of having yo move rooms, you would think they would have allowed us that 1 extra hour to check out. Will never use this location again.

Terrible night. Room next to stairwell. Yelling, crying and noise carrying on all night Coffee maker had black chunks come out in The water Complained and the upgraded my room. Got there and found pubic on the sheets. Was so disgusted, checked out a day early. Did not refund my second night

It was a good solo get away. My room had a fireplace and a Jacuzzi - Felt like royalty! The only thing missing was a robe to wrap up in, after getting out of the Jacuzzi. I'll be back again some day.
