I am giving one star to everything because when we arrived at the gate to the property, I could not even go in. They could not find my booking - done 4 months before. We arrived with our tour guide at the gate, and they said they were fully booked and had no room available. They did not let our vehicle in - we sat at the driveway outside for a while waiting. A lady came out to say they were fully booked and could not find our reservation. She brought the phone with the owner to apologize (which did nothing to alleviate the fact we had flown in that day and were left without a place to stay). Would have loved to see the place - but unfortunately, had to go somewhere else. The next afternoon the owner texted my phone number (which I assume they suddenly found?), and offered a free stay. It was unfortunately too late for us, and frankly, it was a nightmare to find another place the night before. I am a seasoned traveler, and this has never happened to us. It was very unfortunate. If you are considering this place, make sure they have your reservation. It may not matter, as I showed my confirmation by email to them and they just apologized and said they were fully booked. Terrible experience.
