What I liked: clean, quiet. Good AC. Helpful and friendly staff. Shower was fine. Good location What I did not like: breakfast was bad western food - I skipped it each day. Iโ€™m in Korea I donโ€™t want a bad continental breakfast I want Korean food. The tiny window looked out to the side of a building - had no clue what time it was.

I did the 2 person standard room, which seemed even smaller than the pictures. Basically the room is the size of the bed, not really a good place to put my suitcase. Breakfast was okay, minimal food options. The stay was fine, but it is not as good as the google reviews suggest as they give people a gift if they give a 5 star review. I liked the location having a more local vibe.

Location was great with easy walkability and access to subway and airport limo. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The front desk helped my older parents make plans, navigate transportation, and gave great recommendations in both Seoul and Busan. One suggestion: towel hooks! Just somewhere to hang a towel in the bathroom would be great. Other than that, the place was perfect for our needs.

We only stayed here 1 night to attend to business we had in Insa-dong. This location is very convenient to walk to many areas around Insadong and Myeongdong. The breakfast was simple, but really good and appreciated. The beds were very comfortable. It was really good for one night for our family, and would be fine for a couple for multiple nights, but the room was too small for us to have stayed for a week. If it was just my husband and I it would work. This is a great place for couples on a budget though! Very good value for what you get!
