Perfect hotel for long flight layover
I stayed for few hours due to long layover of my flight. I arrived in the evening, went out for a quick dinner, there are few restaurants or eating places within walking distance, the food was okay, people are nice, they accept US$. The hotel is next to a large Mosque, seems in pretty safe area. Its rooms are clean, perfect for short stay. The clerks are friendly and courteous.

Miscommunications but a decent stay
My room was clean and spacious. My room faced the street and luckily the blackout curtains helped darken the room. The check-in process was not all that smooth, first telling me I had no reservation, then finding it. The WiFi was a bit of a pain, but once I was logged in worked well. The hallways smelled of formaldehyde but not my room. My front door let in a lot of light and sound as it wasn't fitted all that well. Overall, I had a good night's sleep. I asked to use their shuttle service and my suspicions about miscommunication were confirmed as even when I wrote the time down I wanted to be picked up, they ordered it an hour later. Luckily a Uber/Taxi was an easy booking and I made it to the airport in plenty of time.

Nice place to stay and we will be back!
We had some trouble getting through customs, but we’re able to successfully get our transportation to the hotel. The staff is amazing, very friendly and accommodating, and was available to answer all our questions even though we got in a little late.

The Staff was very kind and courteous, yet professional. Mr. Yusuf, on desk duty at night, helped me bring my bags to my room. Mr. Suleiman, on desk duty in the morning, offered me coffee/tea when I went to the lobby to check out. Both of them were very helpful. The room is small, but clean and has all the amenities. For the price, it was a great place to stay. Distance from IST airport is just ten to fifteen minutes. The hotel arranged for drop off and pick up from the airport, as arranged prior to arrival. It went very smoothly. I highly recommend this hotel.
