Clean and new.
Brand new hotel with some great features however even our one bedroom apartment was small. Rooms are painted black so very dark inside. The bed is a double bed, comfy but if you like a big bed, then look elsewhere. No aircon so factor that with the time of the year. Very small widows to open plus a fan and a panel heater to help. Parking available in nearby Wilson building for $35.

A Comfortable Stay, But Room for Improvement
was comfortable, the price point felt a bit excessive for the offerings. The location in Auckland CBD was convenient, and the room itself was clean and adequate. However, we believe the value could have been improved, perhaps with additional amenities or a more competitive rate.

Okay stay for one
Room was quiet, good blackout curtains and beverages including coffee pods. Minimal cutlery and crockery, nothing for meal prep or cooking - youneed to ask for cooking pots/pan and spatulas to use stovetop. Room size is as per description and I thought it was fine for one person. Could put my carry-on bag in a draw but if you have a bigger bag there is nowhere to store. The size of the room, minimal lighting and lack of air conditioning makes room overly warm even in November, and sleep wasn’t comfortable. The small open window doesn’t provide sufficient air to cool down room.

Great central spot
Great overnight stay. Breakfast was a highlight and staff were all so lovely. Room was good, clean and compact with great block out curtains.
Only thing to mention on a negative would be after hours parking. I wouldn’t have felt very comfortable if I had been alone walking to and from the car parking which is across the road, behind K road, but after hours the access closest to the hotel is closed. You have to find a street park, get the ticket from the hotel and then go back and move the car into the carpark then walk back round the long way. It wasn’t the best start to the trip, but the hotel itself is great and we would stay again, but make sure we arrived during the day for the parking.
