Relaxing resort with good amenities
Our family enjoyed staying at the resorts for 2 nights, it has good access to pool, private beach, golf course and casino. Breakfast selections are decent, and their service is pretty attentive. Overall we are pretty happy with our stay. Just be aware that it is harder to book your own taxi if you want to venture outside, and food at the resort and casino is comparable to AUD/USD prices.

Excellent resort with fabulous staff
Very enjoyable stay. Staff were excellent, remembering previous dietary requirement requests and being friendly and approachable. 2 suggestions: provide drinking water in a more eco friendly way, rather than small plastic bottles of water. We must have got thru about 30 bottles :(. Many comparable resorts now provide water in refillable glass bottles or large refillable containers (5l). Secondly, make it a rule that guests should not fly drones in the resort. There was an annoying drone flying directly above our private pool/garden which is an unacceptable invasion of privacy, as well as an annoying sound.

Paintakingly slow refund when they overcharged
Be aware when you gave them credit card to pay for your stay. I booked 2 rooms for my family during the stay and they accidentally double charged my credit card. At first it's a small inconvenience but it took forever to refund me. I just followed up again after I already left for days and I got the same answer that they're waiting for manager to approve. It's crazy that the manager takes that long to correct the hotel mistake. Otherwise, the service is great, everyone is super friendly and helpful. If I ever stay here again, I would just pay by cash and not give them my card. Such a horrible management process.

New hotel, great complex with shared facilities
The rooms were great, and the whole development was just opened last year with great details and design. The service is incredible, any issue was quickly addressed. The not so great is a lot of services are not 100% ready. For example, we really wanted to try the spa but only a few packages available and the spa is done outdoor, not great for privacy. This hotel shares the ownership with nextdoor Intercon-HolidayInn complex which has a great shopping and facilities, including a better spa. So we took the shuttle bus back and forth for these facilities.

Staff was beyond excellent (An in the main restaurant came to mind).. but policy is below average.. We rented a villa with the intent of eating family meal together but instead, the kitchen is optional (another $200USD/night)and even then no seafood is allow. A villa with no kitchen access? Beachfront villa and cant enjoy seafood? Restaurant is way overprice.. $5USD for a coconut? $15 for cheese pizza? Almost forgot .... razor sharp edge in the form of ceramic tiles all around and IN the pool. Overall, looks good but not worth the money.. If it was not for the staff this hotel would only get 2 stars
