There was a seperate entrance to the rooms so you dont have to walk through the pub below and parking around the back. The rooms were clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable and we had a nice nights sleep. Will stay again

Ideal for 1 night stay, lacks personal service.
Newly refurbished, spotless and well presented. Road noise could be a problem early hours but fan provided so windows could remain closed. Basically self check in and out with keybox access. We stayed 2 nights and room was not serviced and blocked shower outlet reported was not attended to. Perfect location for our needs. Recommend for 1 night stay but prefer more personal service for longer stays.

Lovely hotel but uncomfortable stay
The hotel was lovely and the room was clean and inviting, it had everything we needed for a one night stay. The hotel is also pet friendly, and we had adequate room for 2 dog beds. The bed (or beds) did let the room down, as we had 2 single beds pushed together, and one mattress was higher than the other which made it rather uncomfortable, and we had to sleep on seperate sides of the bed. The only other downside was that it was rather noisy as we were above a lively pub and on a main road. For one nights stay this was bearable.

The room was very good, I personally think the lack of a breakfast is a major missed oportunatity. Also maybe a review of the public house may be in order. During our stay all hell broke loose and the blues and two's arrived with their riot gear. All contained in the pub thank goodness.

Clean, new, comfortable but hot and noisy.
Good standard of room , clean and new looking. Room was however boiling hot. There was. Fantastic provided but didn't do much. Couldn't open the window as the smoking area was directly outside, so noise was the issue. Downstairs pub was lively and loud and when they kicked out the customers was extremely noisy till around 1. It was. Saturday night though so may be quieter on other days.
