The most important thing is a clean bathroom. It was not cleaned and there were hairs stuck on the toilet and bath tub

The description and pictures on Expedia do not accurately reflect the condition and location of the hotel. Do not be misled by "a few steps from the costal path." The water views are not how they are presented in the pictures. The powerlines have been photoshopped out of the pictures. The property is located near a busy highway. The hotel is definitely showing wear. You have to go the main desk in order to receive pool service.

Property was hard to find; not on GPS or Google maps. Room very small / no seating. Sea view I paid extra for was almost non existent due to trees; fine if you're on 3rd floor. Expensive restaurant. Overall disappointing for 3-star hotel.

Very hard to find and front desk not open all day
The address listed for this hotel was an empty spot on a country road. Turned at the next road and came to a HUGE area of vacation properties. After driving around for 30 minutes we found a small sign that appeared to be the place. Went inside and the main desk area was all locked up rven though the listing showed office hours all day. We gave up and went somewhere else for yhe night.

Worth a visit!
A modern nicely refurbished hotel high above the sea at Argelès on the main road and not in the busier town or sea front areas. Good soundproofing meant you wouldn’t hear the road or trains unless the balcony door was open! Good breakfast ... dinner also well prepared and served but not much choice on the menu so if you stay more than one or two nights you’re likely to want to explore other options ... probably Collioure. Pool very good and handy as the beaches close by can get very crowded in good weather in peak season.

Nice spa/hotel
Lovely place, although short staffed, not a lot of food choice and I would probably say it’s absolutely no kids friendly. The air conditioning sounded like it was about to take of at any time . However it’s absolutely spot on for couples and spa breaks

Quite nice, good restaurant, beach close by
Actually, quite liked this hotel. A bit pricey for what you get, but for a family of four it was enjoyable. Pool was nice and, importantly, access to the beach is close by (cross the street and through the underpass). Sounds like other reviewers may not have been aware of this.

Lovely view
Experienced a bit of frustration finding the hotel using our GPS with address given. The hotel needs to correct this. Otherwise the facilities were lovely. Beware breakfast is not included in room charge. The hotel is a few minutes drive from Argeles sur Mer and Colliure or there is a walking path along the coast. Great parking, staff, and facilities. An unobstructed view of the water from our top floor room.

First time in collioure
It was a pleasant experience and the receptionist was very helpful about giving us suggestions about excursions and making dinner reservations for us. Hotel was very clean. However we kept having to log onto wifi multiple times and it was slow.

6/10 Good

Alright hotel, not overwhelming.
This hotel was highly rated but was a little underwhelming. The room we booked was their most expensive option and was listed as housing 4 people. It had a comfortable king sized bed and a twin and something smaller than a twin and a very small TV. With the baby sized bed quite a bit of the room was occupied. The most noticeable thing as soon as you walk into the room was that it was heavily perfumed, I've experienced this before and I'm not sure if that is how they deal with turning a smoking room into a non-smoking room but it was overwhelming and I had to leave the door to the exterior open all day to help freshen the air. The room we had had a nice view of the Mediterranean but it also didn't have a balcony which most of the other rooms did. The breakfast was pretty standard for Europe meaning for an American it was very light, there were some breads and sliced meats, yogurt, granola/muesli, coffee, cheese and the only option for hot food was you could boil your own eggs. The grounds were nice and the pool area was clean, the pool is smaller in person than it looked in the pictures. The hotel is kind of in between beaches and Collioure. Collioure is totally worth checking out, it's only about a 10 minute drive and it's kind of like a French Hampton Beach or random small tourist beach town. Overall the hotel is nice, I think I might have given it a higher rating if I hadn't booked last minute and paid too much for a room that was smaller than I expected it to be.
