Pros: location, bed and pillows were comfortable, furniture wasnt tired, tea making facilities and shower was good. Reception was very friendly. Cons: room was small. Very minor: No rack in shower to put soap and shampoo. Big con: check in procedure is to copy all credit card details onto check in form with your address etc. This compromises your credit card. So in my room i immediately cancelled my credit card and now await a new one. Big

Great budget hotel near Paddington
Great budget hotel near Paddington. Second time I've stayed here. This trip I had a triple room. Nice a spacious. It was very cold week in London but the room was lovely and warm heating worked really well and windows were not drafty like many other hotels in the area. Would highly recommend.

Close to everything eg shops, train station. A bit old but clean hotel. Very friendly staff. The only negative is we could hear very loud noise from the room above us that woke us up so early.

Great location near Paddington Station. The building is gorgeous outside. Unfortunately, the inside of the property could do with upgrading. Our room was basic, and there were no hooks for anything in the bathroom, so we had to leave towels on the floor.

Winter Wonderland Stay
We booked a last minute overnight stay. Two of us in a room for 5. Very clean with everything we could have needed - fridge, kettle, microwave, hairdryer, great shower, TV etc. Beds were a bit hard but I think that’s personal preference as I like a soft mattress but room was very clean and well decorated. Would definitely stay again. Five minute walk from Paddington Station with shops and restaurants nearby. Close to Hyde Park - we stayed for Winter Wonderland. We couldn’t check in until 4 but were able to drop our bags off earlier in the day. Easy check in.

We stayed for 4 nights. I booked a room for 4. We got a room with 2 small beds that was supposed to be for 2 people each. We didn’t get to change the room. There is no elevator in the building, so you do have to carry your luggage upstairs using a long &tiny stair. I wouldn’t recommend if you have kids or are old. Im 23 and my knees started to hurt. The area is called Paddington, and the station is just couple minutes away. We got our room refreshed and organized everyday.. so thats a plus.. but paying that much money for a room with only two small beds supposed to be for 4 people and the smallest bathroom ever is not it. If you’re looking for something very cheap its this. But if you can pay more.. I guess you can find something else for that price range and get a nice place. I would give it 5/10

The hotel has a good cost benefit. Close to the Paddignton Station and lots of options of restaurants. No elevator, so if we are with lots of luggage it might be uncomfortable.
